On the morning of January 7th at 9:30, the professional technical seminar "Low Temperature Air Source Heat Pump Energy Efficiency Standard Labeling Promotion and Training Conference Low Temperature Energy Efficiency Solution Technology Seminar" jointly organized by the China Energy Conservation Association and the Resource and Environmental Research Branch of the China Institute of Standardization, and co hosted by the Heat Pump Professional Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association and the Foshan Green Development Innovation Research Institute, opened on time. The conference was chaired by Song Zhongkui, Secretary General of the China Energy Conservation Association. This meeting is sponsored by Guangdong Tailing Refrigeration Equipment Industrial Co., Ltd.
The meeting was first addressed by Fang Qing, Vice Chairman of the China Energy Conservation Association and Vice Chairman of the National Energy Standards Committee. He pointed out that on April 4, 2019, GB37480-2019 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Low Environmental Temperature Air Source Heat Pump (Chiller) Units" was publicly released and will be implemented on May 1, 2020. The energy efficiency level of low-temperature heat pump units in the new energy efficiency standard is determined based on the size of the performance coefficient, and is divided into three levels: 1, 2, and 3; In addition, for different product endpoints, the new energy efficiency standards provide different energy efficiency requirements based on different effluent temperatures. Today's meeting will focus on a comprehensive analysis of GB37480-2019 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Low Environmental Temperature Air Source Heat Pump (Chiller) Units". We hope that all attendees can actively participate, listen carefully, and complete self upgrades in a timely manner, so as to be calm and composed when the new energy efficiency standards are launched.
Subsequently, researcher Cheng Jianhong from the China National Institute of Standardization conducted a comprehensive interpretation of the GB37480-2019 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Low Environmental Temperature Air Source Heat Pump (Chiller) Units" standard. He provided in-depth introductions on the development and implementation of the standard, the principles of standard revision, the purpose and significance of revision, and the main technical content.
